By using poker-blindspot.tech or related BlindSpot clients, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BlindSpot is an educational AI Poker Trainer / simulator for Texas Hold'em practice with AI opponents and coaching. It is not a casino, sportsbook, or real-money poker room.

• No cash prizes, no withdrawal of winnings, no betting with real money
• Optional chips are digital entries for practice tournaments only and have no cash value
• Purchases buy chip packs / tournament entries, not gambling stakes

You must be 18+ and legally able to use the service where you live. You are responsible for compliance with local law.

You may use the service with or without registration where the product allows. You are responsible for activity under your session or account. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or Terms violations.

Chip packs are optional digital goods. Prices are shown at checkout (e.g. packs around $10 / $15 / $20 USD as displayed). Payment is handled by third-party processors.

Do not reverse-engineer beyond allowed APIs, attack the service, scrape in a way that harms availability, cheat payment systems, or use BlindSpot for unlawful purposes. Do not misrepresent BlindSpot as real-money gambling.

Site, software, branding, and content are owned by BlindSpot or licensors. You get a limited, revocable license to use the service for personal educational practice.

The service is provided “as is”. Coaching/GTO feedback is educational, not financial or gambling advice. We do not guarantee ranking improvement or specific outcomes.

Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain.

We may change the Terms or the service. Material changes will update the date above. We may stop offering features. You may stop using BlindSpot at any time.
